I’m not here to give you another unrealistic meal plan
I know firsthand what the mental load of food feels like.

When I was at uni, I was juggling two jobs, training for World Championships, and trying to maintain a social life. On paper, I was doing all the “right” things, but in reality, I felt overwhelmed. Nutrition advice was constant and conflicting, and I bounced from trend to trend trying to keep up.​​

I was underfuelling without realising
Not just my training, but my life. I was constantly tired, my training stalled, and something I loved started to feel like a chore.

Now, working with busy everyday athletes, I see the same pattern again and again. They know what to do, but not how to do it in a way that fits real life. The problem was never motivation, it was a lack of practical, real-world guidance.

That’s why I do things differently. I simplify nutrition so it supports performance without adding mental load. I don’t just tell you what to eat, I teach you how to eat, so you can fuel with confidence as life changes.
