I help everyday athletes and busy high-achievers simplify nutrition so they can fuel their bodies for performance and real life, without the overwhelm.

Instead of rigid plans and generic rules, I teach you how to eat, so you feel confident, in control, and able to adapt your nutrition as your training, work, and life change.

I’m not here to give you another unrealistic meal plan

I know firsthand what the mental load of food feels like.

​

When I was at uni, I was juggling two jobs, training for World Championships, and trying to maintain a social life. On paper, I was doing all the “right” things, but in reality, I felt overwhelmed. Nutrition advice was constant and conflicting, and I bounced from trend to trend trying to keep up.​​

I was underfuelling without realising

Not just my training, but my life. I was constantly tired, my training stalled, and something I loved started to feel like a chore.

​

Now, working with busy everyday athletes, I see the same pattern again and again. They know what to do, but not how to do it in a way that fits real life. The problem was never motivation, it was a lack of practical, real-world guidance.

That’s why I do things differently. I simplify nutrition so it supports performance without adding mental load. I don’t just tell you what to eat, I teach you how to eat, so you can fuel with confidence as life changes.
